They need an existing construction cut in their colour, printed with their pattern, sized for their customer and packed so it can go straight onto a shelf or into a fulfilment centre. That is what this programme is: you pick the construction, we change everything around it.
Every Stage and What Can Go Wrong in It
Brief
Problem. Buyers send a screenshot and get a quote for something slightly different, then discover the gap at sample stage
How we handle it. We answer with the construction name, the fabric, the closure and the packing format in writing before quoting, so both sides are describing the same object
Fabric and Colour
Problem. Colour approved from a photo on a screen never matches the goods
How we handle it. Colour is approved against a physical swatch or lab dip in the exact fabric, and the approved swatch is what the cutting room works to
Artwork
Problem. Logo placement decided in a chat thread ends up printed in the wrong place on thousands of pieces
How we handle it. Vector artwork with placement marked on a drawing, confirmed on the sewn sample before bulk cutting
Sample
Problem. Fit problems on textured or long hair cannot be seen in a fabric swatch
How we handle it. A fully sewn sample goes out for approval so fit stitching and hand feel are judged on the real thing
Production
Problem. Small custom runs get pushed behind large orders and quietly slip
How we handle it. Hand stitching teams take the custom work directly, which is what makes small print and colour runs practical here
Inspection
Problem. Defects found after arrival are expensive and slow to resolve
How we handle it. We accept one hundred percent inspection by you or by an inspection company you appoint, before the goods leave
Packing
Problem. Goods arrive that then have to be repacked before they can be sold
How we handle it. Retail packing is done here with your hang tags sleeves boxes and barcodes applied

Do we have to pay for a mould or tooling?
Not for sewn products. Fabric colour print size and packing are all changed without tooling, which is why a custom run is realistic at a modest quantity.
What do you need from us to start?
The style you want, a colour or print reference, your artwork as vector files, the packing format and the market you sell into.
Can you match a sample we already sell?
Send the physical piece. Matching a sample in hand is far more reliable than matching a photograph.
Can one order cover several product types?
Yes. Bonnets scrunchies hair ties headbands pillowcases eye masks curlers combs and bath items are all made here, so a multi item launch can come from one supplier in matching fabric.
Who owns the artwork and the design?
You do. Your artwork and your patterns are used for your production only.
