What should we include in a first message?

Can we send artwork and drawings over WhatsApp?
Yes. Send vector files for logos and prints. If the files are large, email them instead and we will confirm receipt on WhatsApp.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the fabric and the print, so we confirm it per item rather than publishing one number that would be wrong for most products. Ask about the specific item you want.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Tell us when you plan to be in China and what you want to see, and we will arrange it.
