Main Frame
The main frame is made of 16 mm high strength steel plate, CNC laser cut and welded by integrated robot. The structural layout gives high body strength, and a frame built this way is not easily deformed. This matters more than it sounds: a frame that moves under load changes the gap between the coating roller and the doctor roller, and that gap is your film weight.
Lifting Device
The lifting device uses a high density casting dovetail slide kit combined with a Taiwan brand reducer, a T-shaped threaded screw and a copper lifting nut. The result is higher setting precision, greater bearing strength and a longer service life than a lighter arrangement would give.
Coating Roller Device
The coating roller is built on an integrated axis with seamless steel pipe welding and a coating layer over 20 mm thick, matched with an ultra hard mirror chrome plated roller. Precise control of coating thickness is what ensures the coating effect and maximises paint saving.
Transmission Device
A new type of hyperbolic reducer is used, which is energy saving and high torque. It increases the transmission ratio compared with a traditional turbine worm reducer, and delivers twice the torque of the traditional unit.
