Paint Circulation Device
A complete set of 304 stainless steel paint reflux tank system is used. It is detachable, which makes it easy to replace and clean, and it is paired with a high power diaphragm pump that gives greater suction and a longer service life. Cleaning time between colours is a real production cost, and a tank that comes apart is what keeps it short.
Heating Bucket
For UV paint, an independent heating bucket is fitted with a digital display. Precise temperature control gives smoother circulation, and stable paint temperature is what keeps viscosity, and therefore film weight, constant from the first panel of the shift to the last.
Electronic Control System
The control system uses an Inovance frequency converter, Banner optoelectronic sensors from the USA and CHNT low voltage electrical components. These are parts a local electrician can source and replace, which matters when the machine is running in an export market.
