Ventilation System
Clean intake air is guaranteed by a filter set mounted on the oscillating unit. A second filter sits after the oscillating group, which leaves the spraying zone completely free of any mechanical part. Forced airflow collects the overspray in the spraying cabin, and the overspray is then collected by a set of double filters that detain the paint particles.
Structure
The machine uses a single steel frame, which guarantees stability and the absence of vibration while the oscillating group is working. Two wide windows allow the operator to supervise the whole spraying area without opening the booth.
Gun Oscillating Group
Gun oscillation happens through a central arm connected to a trolley. The trolley slides along pads with recirculating bearings on lateral guide rails, driven by a timing belt controlled by an inverter. The trolley moves one gun holder arm located in the middle of the spraying chamber. Because the oscillating mechanism is separated from the spraying zone, there is no turbulence in the spraying zone during the oscillating phase, which is what gives a clean result on the piece. Keeping the mechanism out of contact with the spray also extends its life and reduces maintenance.
Spraying Group
Up to four guns can be assembled on the central oscillating arm. The gun unit is fixed with a quick disconnection device, so a gun unit can be replaced without stripping the arm.
Operator Panel
The machine is managed entirely by a PLC system, which controls all the spraying parameters that optimise paint consumption, the working recipes, and the diagnostic functions. Recipes are the part that matters for a plant running mixed work: a job can be recalled rather than set up again from memory.
