What OEM and ODM cover

GJY Solution Limited supports OEM and ODM with experienced engineers and its own production line. Customisation is not limited to hardware: for some products the software can be customised as well. The GJY F7 Android platform is offered explicitly as an OEM base, where memory configuration, scan engine and branding are specified per programme.

Scan engine choice is a real variable

On the Android terminals the scan engine can be the professional in-house module or a Zebra or Honeywell engine. That is a bill-of-materials decision, usually driven by needing to match the decode behaviour of a fleet already in service.

Order quantity

Mini and mix orders are supported, which means a first order does not have to be a container. That matters when a specification is still being validated in a pilot.

Stated lead times

For samples, stock items ship in 1 to 2 working days after payment is received. For OEM and bulk orders, lead time depends on the item and the conditions agreed at the time of order — it is quoted per project rather than published as a single figure.

Warranty and support

The stated warranty is 12 months after delivery. During the warranty period, damage caused by non-human factors is repaired free of charge. After the warranty period, service continues at a reasonable price. Assistance is stated as available 24 hours.

Approvals

CE, RoHS, MSDS and UN38.3 approvals are stated for the product range. Certificate documents for a specific model should be requested for that model before you rely on them in a tender.
