What we make

The range covers four hardware families: handheld and desktop barcode scanners, wearable ring and glove scanners, rugged Android PDAs and mobile computers, and document, passport and ID readers. Many of these products have been in production for several years and some for over ten years, which is why the specifications on this site are stable rather than provisional.

How we work with customers

OEM and ODM are supported with experienced engineers. For some products, software as well as hardware can be customised. Mini and mix orders are accepted, so a specification can be validated in a pilot before a volume commitment is made.

Delivery and warranty

Samples of stock items ship in 1 to 2 working days after payment is received. OEM and bulk order lead times are quoted per project. Warranty is 12 months after delivery; during that period damage caused by non-human factors is repaired free of charge, and after it service continues at a reasonable price. Assistance is stated as available 24 hours.

Approvals

CE, RoHS, MSDS and UN38.3 approvals are stated for the product range. For a specific model, request the certificate document for that model.
