View productWhat This Group Covers
The aluminium group is named by finish because that is what separates the lines: painted and powder coated for colour, enamel for a hard gloss, hard anodising for a surface that is the metal itself, forging for base thickness, and polished bare metal where there should be no exterior coating at all. Open stock and speciality pans sit alongside the sets.
Problems This Group Solves
- Thin pressed bases that hot spot and scorch in the centre
- Painted exteriors that discolour above the burner within weeks
- Sets sold with no open stock, so a single worn pan means buying another set
- Ranges with one price point and no construction story above it
Who Buys From This Group
- Retailers building a cookware range across entry, mid and premium tiers
- Importers who need one factory base to cover several finishes
- Property operators equipping kitchens at a controlled cost
- Wholesalers supplying value retail and specialist cookshops
Where It Is Used
- Building a cookware range with an entry, mid and premium tier
- Colour led seasonal and promotional programmes
- Open stock replacement pans behind an existing set
- Speciality grill and baking pans alongside a standard range
What You Get From This Factory Base

Which finish should we choose?
Painted for a promotional colour, powder coated for a tougher mid tier, enamel where the pans live on an open shelf, hard anodised for a premium construction, polished where you want no exterior coating at all.
Are the sets induction compatible?
Plain aluminium is not. An induction base is specified per order and changes both the build and the price, so decide it before sampling.
What non stick coating is used?
The interior system is specified separately from the exterior finish. Tell us the market and the price point and we will quote the layer count to match.
Can we get open stock to match a set?
Yes. The saucepan can be finished to match any of the sets in this group.
