How do you stop a reorder drifting from the first run?
A reference sample is retained against the product code at the factory and at EVT. Production is checked against that sample, not against the catalogue image.
Can we specify our own fabric construction?
Yes. Most buyers send a construction or a competitor sample, and the factory quotes against it. That is the normal way an order starts.
What sizes do you make?
Sizes are made to the destination market. Tell us the market and we will quote against that size chart, because bed sizes are not the same across Europe and North America.
Can bedding and bath textiles ship together?
Yes. Both come from the same textile base and consolidate into one shipment.
