What The Embossed Aluminium Floor Panels Does
Insulated cold storage floor panels with embossed aluminium tread surface (top) and pre-painted steel (bottom). Designed to bear forklift traffic, pallet jacks, and worker foot-traffic on the cold side of the cold room. Eliminates the need for poured concrete floor with separate insulation — saving construction time and depth.
Howcool's floor panels use high-density (45-50 kg/m³) PU core with 1.5-2.0 mm checker-plate aluminium top facing. Standard thicknesses 100, 120, 150, 200 mm. Forklift load rating 2000 kg point load with 200 mm thickness. Cam-lock joints allow rapid assembly and replacement of damaged panels without affecting adjacent panels.
