What The PU / PIR Cold Room Panels Does
Howcool PU / PIR Cold Room Insulation Panels are the structural skin of any modern cold storage facility. Cores are high-density polyurethane (PU) or fire-retardant polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, foamed between two pre-painted galvanized steel skins in a continuous production line. The result is a monolithic sandwich panel with excellent thermal performance (λ ≤ 0.022 W/m·K) and long-term dimensional stability.
Standard panel thicknesses: 75/100/125/150/200mm. Widths: 950/1000/1150/1200mm. Lengths: up to 12m. Cam-lock connections allow quick on-site assembly without bolts or welding. Floor, wall and ceiling panels are supplied as a coordinated system with custom corner pieces, T-joints, and matching cold-storage doors.
Our cold room panels are crafted using a blend of polyisocyanate and polyether or polyester polyol, resulting in a high-performance product. Known for superior heat conductivity, temperature preservation, compressive and tensile strength. Available: 100-120mm for cold storage, 150-200mm for freezer, 200-250mm for quick-freezer.
