Use guide
Before it goes on the line
- Use the EX-2 at ordinary rack positions and step up to the EX-1 at dead ends and sharp angles.
- Inspect for chips and cracks before issue. Small parts get handled roughly and damage in the store is common.
- Bind the conductor into the groove without over-tensioning.
- Order a 3 to 5 % spare allowance on the installed quantity to cover handling losses.
