How long has Baolifeng been manufacturing insulators?
We have not published a founding year on this site and will not estimate one. What we can confirm is the current registration: Unified Social Credit Code 91360323MABXCG0B6T, with the fixed pollution source emission registration issued on 1 June 2024 and valid to 31 May 2029.
What is the plant's production capacity?
More than two million insulators per year. A renovation project for 10,000 tonnes per year of porcelain insulators has passed energy-saving report review under Ping Fa Gai Neng Shen Zi [2025] No. 9.
How do you control quality across a large order?
Sensors monitor every production step and transmit data to a central MES, so real-time adjustments correct deviations and defect rates are held below 0.1 %. Robotic shaping and computer-controlled kiln firing remove the manual variation that causes scatter in porcelain.
What environmental reporting do you publish?
An ESG report, a product carbon footprint report, a compliance report on exhaust gas, wastewater and solid waste, third-party inspection and testing reports and an energy conservation report. All are listed on the downloads page and available on request.
