Every insulator we publish, grouped by family, with the mechanical and electrical values that decide the selection. Eight products across four families, all manufactured at our own plant in Pingxiang, Jiangxi.

Suspension Type Insulators
A suspension string is only as good as the weakest disc in it, and the discs are the part of the line a utility replaces most often. Our U70 series is the workhorse unit for that job: a 255 mm porcelain shell cemented to a malleable iron cap and a forged steel pin, rated at a 70 kN mechanical failing load and proof-tested unit by unit before it leaves the plant.

Pin Type Insulators
Pin type insulators carry the conductor on straight runs and light angles of a distribution line, bolted to a steel pin on the crossarm. They are bought in tens of thousands and installed by crews working at speed, which makes dimensional consistency and predictable bending strength worth more than any headline figure.

Line Post Insulators
A line post insulator turns the conductor support into a rigid cantilever: the conductor sits on top, the post takes the bending load, and the crossarm gets simpler. That geometry is why line posts are chosen for compact, narrow right-of-way construction and for lines where a pin insulator no longer has enough creepage.

Spool and Shackle Insulators
Spool and shackle insulators are the small parts at the bottom of the network, on secondary racks, service drops and low voltage dead ends. They are bought by the crate, installed by the thousand, and they are the parts a rural electrification programme runs out of first.
Largest spool in the range: 90 mm diameter, 15 kN transverse strength, 22 kV dry flashover.
