Water Drop and Fountain Buying Questions
Do you supply the pump?
No. We build the sculpture watertight with the flow path formed in, and give you the internal geometry so your contractor can size the pump and tank.
Can a sphere float on a pond?
Yes. Fountain spheres are made watertight for exactly that. Tell us whether it will float or be fixed so we detail the base correctly.
Which grade for a chlorinated pool?
316. Pool chemistry and hard water are both chloride problems and 304 will eventually pit.
Will the water leave marks on the mirror finish?
Hard water leaves deposits on any polished surface. Wash with clean water and a soft cloth; avoid chloride based cleaners.
How long does a water feature take to build?
15 to 30 days after the deposit is received, at the longer end where a basin and a spill plate are made with the sculpture.
