How large can an outdoor disc be?
Discs are made to order. Send the diameter you are considering with the site exposure and we will tell you the thickness and frame we would build it in.
Which grade for an exposed site?
316 wherever there is sea spray, pool chemistry or winter road salt. 304 is enough for sheltered inland locations.
Who designs the foundation?
The foundation is designed locally, but we issue shop drawings with the base plate and bolt pattern so your engineer has the real geometry.
How is water handled on a concave face?
Tell us the orientation you intend and we will detail drainage before production rather than leaving it to the site.
What is the lead time?
15 to 30 days after the deposit is received, at the longer end for large discs with a frame and a colour finish.
