A Short Conversation Beats a Long Form
There is no online checkout here and no form to fill in. A garment accessory order has too many variables for that: count, colour, cone, yardage, packing. What works is a short conversation, a sample in your hand, and a quotation you can cost against.
Where Orders Go Wrong and What We Do About It
Enquiry
A price list without the packing unit cannot be compared against anything.
Send the item and the quantity by WhatsApp or email. The quotation comes back with the packing unit and the minimum stated for each line.
Sample
Buying from photographs means the first order is the test.
Samples are arranged for the colours and counts you are considering before an order is placed.
Approval
Verbal approval leaves nothing to check the goods against later.
The approved physical sample becomes the reference held against the production lot and every repeat.
First Order
A first order is usually small and gets deprioritised.
Minimums are set per colour, not per order, so a first order can be small and still cover several colours and several lines.
Packing and Shipment
Packing arrives in the supplier's format rather than the buyer's.
Carton count, carton marks and box counts are made to your packing list, and all lines leave together.
Repeat
Every reorder restarts the specification conversation.
After the first order the item codes colours and cones are fixed, and a repeat is placed in one message.

Do you have an online shop?
No. Orders are quoted and confirmed by WhatsApp or email so the count, colour, cone and packing are agreed before anything is made.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Tell us the items and colours you want to see and we will arrange samples.
How small can a first order be?
Minimums are per colour and per line, for example 15 KG per colour on 40/2 thread and 100 pcs per colour on original YKK zippers. A first order can cover several lines at those minimums.
Who will I be dealing with?
Kevin, directly. The company was set up in 2018 after eight years working the Saudi market, so questions about what that market actually specifies get answered rather than forwarded.
