The registered office is in Ningbo. Goods are consolidated and shipped from Yiwu, where the thread factory is, so the Yiwu address is the one that matters for a visit or a pick-up.

Why is there no contact form?
Because a form cannot hold what a quotation needs: the count, the colour reference, the cone, the packing. A message on WhatsApp or an email with those details gets you a real answer faster.
What language should I write in?
English. All quotations and packing lists are handled in English.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within the same working day, China time. If you write in the Gulf morning you should have an answer before the end of your day.
Can I visit?
Yes. Yiwu is the address that matters for a visit, because that is where the thread factory and the consolidation are. Let us know before you travel.
Do you sell to individuals?
The minimums are set for production buyers, for example 15 KG per colour on 40/2 thread. Below that scale we are not the right supplier.
