Six Suppliers Become One Packing List
A sewing room does not stop because one line is missing a zipper. It stops because the zipper, the interlining and the matching thread arrive three weeks apart. This is the part of the job we take on: you place one order across the whole accessory list, and it leaves as one shipment.
Where Orders Go Wrong and What We Do About It
Requirement List
The accessory list sits in five different quotations with five different packing units, so nobody can compare them or cost the container.
Send the list as it is written in your production plan. We quote every line back in the packing unit it actually ships in: cones per box, cards per carton, pcs per bag, rolls per sack bag.
Sampling
Samples arrive one at a time and the colours are approved against different light on different days.
Samples for the whole list are sent together so trimming lace, metallic yarn and sewing thread can be laid on the same fabric and approved in one sitting.
Colour Approval
Approved shades drift between the sample and the production lot.
Each colour is confirmed against a physical sample before the lot is produced, and the approved reference is held for the repeat order.
Production
Thread, zippers and interlining are made in different places and finish on different dates.
Sewing thread runs in our own factory in Yiwu. The other lines are placed and followed by the same team, against one delivery date rather than six.
Consolidation
Part shipments multiply freight cost and customs work.
Everything is collected in Yiwu, checked against the packing list and loaded as one shipment with your own carton marks.
Repeat Order
The second order has to be specified again from scratch.
The references, colours, cone types and carton marks from the first order are held, so a repeat is placed by code and by kilo.

Can I mix thread zippers buttons and interlining in one order?
Yes. That is the normal way we ship. Each line has its own minimum, and the lines travel together in one consignment.
Do I have to reach a minimum on every line?
Each line carries its own minimum, for example 15 KG per colour on 40/2 thread and 100 pcs per colour on original YKK zippers. Lines with different minimums can still ship together.
Can you use our carton marks?
Yes. Packing follows your requirement, including carton count and carton marks.
