Is the 5000 yards a real measured length or a nominal figure?
It is measured at winding. The cone carries an exact 5000 yards, which is why we publish the 140 g net thread weight alongside it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
15 KG per colour. You can mix as many colours as you like in one shipment as long as each colour reaches 15 KG.
Can you wind the thread onto our own cone?
Yes. Send us the cone you currently use and we will wind to it, and we can also change the yardage and net weight to match your existing stock.
How do you keep the colour the same on a repeat order?
The thread is made in our own factory in Yiwu, so we dye repeat orders against the approved shade from the first lot rather than against a new supplier card.
How is it packed for export?
Packing follows your requirement. Tell us the carton count and carton marks you use and we will pack to that instead of a fixed carton.
Can I get a sample cone before ordering?
