Faucet Aerators

Brass and POM aerators in the thread sizes your existing spouts already use.

An aerator is the cheapest part of a tap and the one that decides how much water leaves it. This range covers the working thread sizes found on European and American spouts — M24*1, M22*1, M20*1, M28*1 and F22*1 — in brass shells with chrome finish, with POM cores instead of pressed wire mesh. Constant-flow, honeycomb, laminar, swivel, vandal-resistant and one-touch versions are all built on the same shells, so a distributor can carry one body family and change the core to meet a local flow specification.

Thread coverage first

M24*1 and F22*1 run through most of the range, with M20*1 for American spouts, M22*1 swivels and M28*1 covered by the service keys. Thread is the first thing to confirm on any order.

POM cores, not wire mesh

The insert cores are POM in brass or copper housings. Pressed steel wire mesh rusts and blocks; the moulded core does neither, and it still breaks the stream into the soft aerated flow users expect.

Flow set by the core

Constant-flow versions hold the rate steady while line pressure moves — one documented body is rated 8-9 L/min from 150 to 550 kPa, another 7L at 3 bar, and the vandal-resistant core is offered at 2L, 4L, 6L, 8L and 9L.

Which thread sizes are available?
The range is built mainly around M24*1 male and F22*1 female. M20*1 is available for American spouts, M22*1 for swivel adaptors, and the service keys cover M22x1, M24x1 and M28x1.
What is the difference between an aerated and a laminar aerator?
An aerated core mixes air into the water and gives a soft, white stream. A laminar core such as the swivel laminar flow aerator does not introduce air and delivers a clear, solid stream instead.
Can the flow rate be changed after delivery?
On the vandal-resistant and hidden bodies, yes — the core is removed with the matching service key and replaced with a different rate. The shell stays in the spout.
