M24*1, M22*1, M20*1, M28*1 and F22*1 run through the aerator range. The shell fits your spout; the core sets the rate. Change one without changing the other.

Nothing that runs on a battery
LED showers are driven by a generator in the water path. The LED faucet light runs off an internal pressure switch. Sand timers have no electronics at all.
