Introduction
The ZYLAB High-Pressure Hydrogen Preheating and Purge System is engineered for laboratory and research applications that require gas heating and pressurization under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
By integrating resistance wire heating tubes and high-performance thermal insulation, the system ensures rapid, uniform, and energy-efficient hydrogen preheating before entering reactors, furnaces, or other processing equipment.
The gas pipelines are made from 310S stainless steel, offering exceptional durability and stability in demanding high-temperature hydrogen environments.
Key Features & Advantages
1. Efficient Heating Element – Resistance Wire Heating Tubes
Fast thermal response with precise temperature control.
Capable of heating hydrogen up to 1000°C or higher in a short time.
Delivers stable and uniform heat distribution, meeting stringent process requirements in applications such as metal heat treatment, advanced materials processing, and chemical synthesis.
2. Advanced Thermal Insulation – Alumina Fiber Cotton
Utilizes high-purity alumina fiber insulation with extremely low thermal conductivity.
Excellent high-temperature resistance, withstanding up to 1400°C.
Minimizes heat loss, maintains hydrogen temperature during transfer, and reduces overall energy consumption.
3. High-Temperature & High-Pressure Pipeline – 310S Stainless Steel
High strength to withstand high-pressure hydrogen delivery.
Superior high-temperature resistance:
-
Stable in oxidizing environments up to 1150°C.
Stable in reducing environments up to 1035°C.
Excellent corrosion resistance against oxidation and carburization, ensuring long service life even in extreme hydrogen conditions.
Applications
Hydrogen atmosphere furnaces for heat treatment and sintering.
CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) reactors.
