The Zino 24B4SLL is a multi stage cold forming bolt machine built for power fitting and transmission hardware producers. It works with four main dies and four punching dies, takes stock up to 20 mm in diameter and produces bolts up to M16 or 5 eighths of an inch, between 100 mm and 305 mm long, at a maximum rate of 45 pieces per minute. Projects are delivered with the full die set, and in the South Asia bolt project the machine was supplied with an upsetting machine and a thread rolling machine to US ASTM practice.
