Solutions

Control the field, control the quality

Most quality systems in this category are built to manage a supply base — to inspect, sample and reject material that someone else grew. Growing the crop removes the problem those systems exist to contain.

Home/Solutions/Own-Farm Quality & Traceability

One accountable source

Corn is grown on Yuyuan's own farmland — more than 10,000 mu of it in Shandong — rather than bought in from scattered suppliers. One source means one variety, one standard and one party accountable when something needs explaining. There is no point in the chain where the answer to "where did this come from" becomes a company name instead of a field.

Traceable from seed

Because cultivation is ours, every lot traces back to its field and its season. Seed is Longping High-Tech's Shengtian Baizhu; planting, harvest timing and processing dates sit in the same operation. That continuity is what makes clean documentation possible for a destination market rather than merely promised.

Graded before it ships

Ears are selected and graded for sweetness, size and appearance so each format leaves against a consistent specification. Grading against a single known variety is a different exercise from grading a mixed intake — the expected profile is fixed, so deviations are visible.

Speed as a quality control

Corn bound for IQF is processed and flash-frozen within hours of picking. Frozen product is then held and moved at −18°C from our facility onward, so the texture the fast freeze preserved is not given back during storage or transit.

Step by step

How it runs in practice

01

Seed and planting

Shengtian Baizhu seed from Longping High-Tech, planted on company land to a scheduled window.

02

Green-ear harvest

Hand-cut at the stage where sugar and tenderness peak, with the harvest date recorded per lot.

03

Grade and select

Ears graded for sweetness, size and appearance against the variety's expected profile.

04

Process and hold

Fresh pre-cooled, IQF flash-frozen, or cooked and vacuum-sealed — then held to the format's stated conditions.

Questions we get asked

What can you actually document per lot?

Because cultivation and processing are in one operation, a lot can be tied to its field and season and to its processing date. Tell us which documents your market requires and we will confirm in writing what we can issue before you order.

Do you hold third-party certification?

We would rather leave this blank than claim something imprecise. Send the certificate list your market requires and we will answer it directly.
