What Goes Wrong and What We Do About It
A quote without dimensions has to be redone.
Send the part type, the inner width, the material, the finish and the quantity, and the quote comes back against those five figures.
Sample freight and sample cost delay a decision.
Stock samples are free and you pay only the express fee. Sampling time is 1 to 3 days.
Nobody can plan shipping against an unknown production window.
Stock and normal goods run 2 to 10 days, general orders 15 to 20 days, and fully customised goods 25 to 35 days.
Hardware counted by weight arrives short.
Goods are counted, bagged and cartoned against the order's own packing list, and retail sets are packed to a confirmed piece count per bag or carton.
Small hardware orders are awkward to ship economically.
Express by DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx for samples and small orders, and air or sea freight for production quantities.

Where Does This Process Usually Lose Time
Sample approval. Approving from a photograph instead of the physical part is what causes a second sample round, and that costs more days than tooling does.
What Do You Need From Me to Start
The part type, the inner width, the material, the finish and the quantity per colour. If there is no drawing, a photo or a physical sample is enough and our mould team prepares the 3D design free of charge.
How Fast Can the First Order Ship
Stock goods can leave within one day, normal goods take 2 to 10 days, general orders are quoted at 15 to 20 days and fully customised goods at 25 to 35 days.
