YOUYING Hardware was founded in 2004 and manufactures bag accessories, shoe accessories, furniture accessories, pet accessories and metal tableware. Almost everything we sell is our own product rather than a traded item, and we keep our own design team so a customer can arrive with a photo instead of a drawing.
What We Do
Products are mainly exported to North America, South America and Europe, and are also sold to customers across the provinces and cities of China. Design and development, production, moulding, plating, packing and sales sit inside one business entity.
For a buyer this structure has one practical consequence. When a plating colour drifts or a swivel feels stiff, the person who casts the part, the person who polishes it and the person who plates it are in the same building, so the correction happens in days instead of moving between three subcontractors.

Six Processes Under One Roof
Moulding, hydraulic moulding, stamping, die casting, etching, electroplating and painting or enamel workshops, plus an in-house mould design team.
Die Casting
Zinc alloy is pressure cast into multi-cavity moulds, so a 19 mm slider and a 50 mm slider come off the same shift with the same wall thickness. The department runs existing catalogue tooling, which is why an in-catalogue style carries no mould fee.
Stamping and Hydraulic Forming
Iron and steel parts that need spring temper or a rolled edge, such as O rings, purse feet and moving bar sliders, are stamped and hydraulically formed rather than cast.
Polishing
Castings are deburred and polished before plating. This is the step that decides whether a shiny nickel hook looks like jewellery or like a casting, because plating copies the surface underneath it instead of hiding it.
Electroplating
Barrel and rack plating for nickel, gunmetal, black nickel, gold, light gold, rose gold, antique brass and rainbow finishes. Running the plating line in house is what makes a repeat order match the colour of the first order.
Etching and Enamel
Logos are etched or embossed into pullers, buckles and hook bodies, and colour is filled by paint or enamel where a brand needs a specific shade rather than a plated metal tone.
Mould Design
The in-house mould team works from a photo, a sample part or a drawing, and can prepare the 3D design for customers who have neither. New tooling runs about 7 days.

Quality Control
Six checkpoints between the incoming material and the packed carton.
- Incoming zinc, brass, iron and stainless material checked against the grade ordered
- First article from each mould compared with the approved sample before the run starts
- Dimensional check on inner width and thickness during casting and stamping
- Plating thickness and colour compared against the approved colour plate
- Spring and swivel action tested by hand on hooks, snaps and side release buckles
- Counted, bagged and cartoned with the order's own packing list
