G25 is IP65. The L08P watch is IP66. G07E and G59 and Q20 are IP67.
G25 sits under a chassis or inside a container. It meets jets of water and dust, and its ABS case is specified for that. It is not specified for immersion.
A dog will swim. G59 is IP67 for that reason, and the same rating is on Q20, which a lone worker may wear in heavy rain, and on G07E, which sits on a deck.
Temperature matters as much. G25, G59 and G07E are specified for -20 to 75 degrees C working and 10% to 85% RH humidity, with G07E also rated non condensing.
Ask which part of the device carries the rating and at what temperature. A housing rated in a lab at room temperature says little about a container roof in summer.
