Technical background

Type YT-1000L Electro-pneumatic valve positioner is used for operation of pneumatic linear valve actuators by means of electrical controller or control system with an analog output signal of DC 4 to 20 mA or split Ranges.

YT1000L Electro Pneumatic Valve Positioner- Supporting the use of YT electro-pneumatic positioner Electro-pneumatic positioner can be used for single-acting (spring return type) and double-acting pneumatic actuators. After adding the valve positioner, it forms a secondary loop with the displacement of the valve stem as the secondary controlled variable.

It forms a cascade control system with the original single-loop control system. The controlled variable of the original control system becomes the master of the cascade control system. Therefore, adding a valve positioner can improve the function of the control system.

Since the cam is used as the feedback link, changing the shape of the cam can effectively change the gain of the secondary loop and compensate for the nonlinear characteristics of the controlled object. For valves with fixed flow characteristics such as butterfly valves, the positioner can use a characteristic cam to improve the corrected flow characteristics.
