Retail and marketplace buyers need the packed unit, not just the part. VALORIDER accepts customised logo across the range, and the bottle cages already ship with card packing as standard - the hanging card format that bike shops and marketplace fulfilment centres expect.

Step by step

From First Enquiry to Delivered Carton

  1. Logo placement

    Decide where the mark goes on the part itself. On anodised aluminium a laser mark survives handling better than a printed one.

  2. Artwork

    Send print-ready artwork with bleed. We will send back a placement proof before anything is printed.

  3. Pack format

    Card packing, polybag, colour box or bulk. The bottle cages are already set up for card packing.

  4. Barcodes

    Supply your own GTIN or marketplace barcodes and we apply them at the packing stage.

  5. Carton marking

    Shipping marks, carton quantity and gross weight as your warehouse needs them.

  6. Ocean shipping

    Ocean freight is offered on this product class, which is what makes retail-ready packing worth doing - the packing cost is small against the container cost.

Private Label and Packing Questions

Can you pack for Amazon or another marketplace?
Yes, if you send the exact labelling requirement and the barcode files. Marketplace rules change often, so we work from your current specification rather than from a copy we keep on file.
Can different products share one carton?
Yes. Mixed cartons are normal for smaller top-up orders across the catalogue.
Do you supply the artwork?
We supply the die line and placement proof. The artwork itself comes from you, because it has to match the rest of your range.
Is card packing available on parts other than the bottle cages?
It can be developed. The cages are the ones already running it in production.
