How It Works

OEM work at VALORIDER means you own the design and we own the process. You send a drawing, a sample or a specification sheet; we quote the tooling, machine or sew a first article, and run production once you sign it off. Shenzhen SuRuiqi has been doing this for brands since 2009.

Step by step

From First Enquiry to Delivered Carton

  1. Drawing review

    We read your 2D drawing or 3D model and come back with the questions that matter: wall thickness, anodising colour, thread spec, tolerance on the bearing seat. Send drawings by email rather than uploading them here.

  2. Material selection

    Our catalogue runs on AL6061-T6 and AL7075 for machined parts, fibreglass-reinforced nylon and PP for cages, and 210D to 840D nylon with a TPU membrane for luggage. If your drawing calls for something else, we quote it.

  3. Sampling

    A first article comes off the same process as production, not a hand-made mock-up, so what you approve is what you receive.

  4. Production

    Machining, moulding and sewing all happen in the Shiyan Town plant, which is why a mixed order of headsets, cages and frame bags stays on one schedule.

  5. Inspection

    Dimensional check against your drawing, plus the function checks the part type needs - bearing preload on headsets, zip and seam integrity on bags.

  6. Packing

    Card packing, polybag, colour box or your own artwork. The bottle cages already ship with card packing as standard.

  7. Shipping

    Ocean freight is the normal route for this product class. Air freight for samples and urgent top-ups.

OEM Manufacturing Questions

Do you work from a drawing or from a sample?
Either. A dimensioned drawing is faster to quote because it removes the guesswork on tolerance and finish. A physical sample works too - we measure it and send you our reading of it before we cut anything.
Can you put our logo on the parts?
Yes. Customised logo is accepted across the range. On machined aluminium that is usually laser marking or engraving; on bags and gloves it is printing or a woven label; on the bottle cages the logo goes on the cage and on the card packing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the part and on whether tooling is involved. It is not published on this site because quoting a single number across CNC parts, mouldings and sewn goods would be misleading. Email the part and quantity you have in mind.
Who owns the tooling?
Tooling paid for by you is yours and is not used for anyone else's order. Confirm this in writing on the purchase order.
