Customisation and Manufacturing
Machined parts are cut from solid bar on the CNC side of the Shiyan Town plant. Alloy, tolerance and anodised colour are all specified at drawing stage, and the mark is usually lasered rather than printed so it survives handling and solvent.

Fitting and Living With It
Step 1
Remove the existing top cap and fit this in its place with the same bolt.
Step 2
Set headset preload with this mount fitted, exactly as you would with a normal top cap.

Check the computer does not foul the stem at full steering lock.

Re-check headset preload after the first ride.
