Thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder from United Industry. The UT series is polyester based, with a low melting point and a soft grade, and gives good adhesion strength to PVC, PU, fabric and genuine leather. It is used mainly in screen heat transfer printing and shoe material, where extreme elasticity and a soft hand are required.
Polyamide hot melt adhesives in powder and resin form. PA gives the highest bonding strength of our range with an easy process and a wide application range, and is used for garment and shoe lamination, heat transfer and low pressure molding.
Thermoplastic hot melt adhesive resin in granule form, based on natural fatty acids. Resin grades are used for low pressure molding and filter bonding, and show good adhesion to plastics such as PA 6.6, ABS and PVC, low temperature flexibility and a wide service temperature range.
Thermoplastic adhesive film supplied on rolls for lamination, heat transfer printing and seamless bonding. Film is the right form where the bond line has to be even across a whole panel rather than dosed as powder.
Hot melt adhesives designed for shoe making. Thermoplastic adhesive powder is used mainly for durable adhesion of toe puffs, shoe lining materials and soles, and polyamide resin is specially designed for vamp adhesive.
