What To Put In Your Email
- The substrate - what is being bonded to what.
- The process - heat transfer press, scatter coating, lamination or low pressure molding, and the temperature you can run.
- The form - powder with a particle cut, granule, or film with thickness and width.
- The requirement - elasticity, wash resistance, bonding strength or service temperature.
- Quantity - trial quantity and expected annual volume.

Can you supply a technical data sheet?
Yes. Email us the grade you are interested in and we will send the technical data sheet.
Can particle size be adjusted?
Yes. Powder is supplied in standard cuts such as 0-80, 80-180, 100-300 and 200-500 micron, or to your requirement.
Can film width and thickness be customised?
Yes. TPU film is supplied in 0.05, 0.08, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20 mm thickness and 100 or 150 cm width, and other specifications can be customised.
