Pre-Shipment Inspection and What It Should Cover

We will confirm every detail of the product before making mass production, and closely follow every production process. Each order will be inspected before shipment. Everything after that point costs freight to correct.

Check against the approved sample, not the photo

Colour, finish, weight and construction compared to the physical reference you signed off. A photograph flatters colour and hides weight, which is exactly where drift occurs.

Count what is countable

Piece counts inside kits, accessories, manuals, cables and batteries. Short kits are among the most common causes of retail returns and among the easiest things to catch.

Check the decoration

Logo placement, colour match and adhesion, on the actual production units rather than on the sample that was made carefully by hand.

Check the packaging as a product

Barcode present and scannable, labelling correct for the destination market, insert cards in the right language, and the box itself matching the artwork approved.

Function-test the things that fail

Every product has one or two failure modes that account for most complaints. Test those specifically rather than testing everything shallowly.
