The original probe is discontinued but the monitor still works
Monitors outlive their accessories. When the original sensor is no longer made, the ward is told to buy a new monitor. We build the sensor instead - same connector, same pin count, same SpO2 technology.
The plug fits but the reading never stabilises
A matching plug shape does not guarantee a matching signal. Our sensors are listed against named monitor models, not against connector shapes, so the optical technology and pin assignment match the host device.
Cross contamination risk between patients
Our disposable SpO2 sensors are single-patient-use with foam, nonwoven or transpore backings in adult, pediatric, infant and neonate sizes, so a sensor never moves from one patient to the next.

We manufacture compatible sensors and cables. Each product page lists the manufacturer and the exact monitor models it is built for, taken from our own product documentation. Original brand names appear only to state compatibility.

What warranty do the sensors carry
Warranty is stated on each product page and comes from the product documentation - typically 6 months on reusable sensors and adapter cables, and 3 months on disposable sensors. Check the specification table of the item you are quoting.
