OEM SpO2 and Oxygen Modules for Integration Into Medical Devices
Portable SpO2 and O2 measurement modules supplied to device makers who need the parameter inside their own product.
Every Module We Make
What This Category Is For
A device manufacturer adding pulse oximetry to a ventilator, a sleep recorder or a telehealth terminal does not want to develop the optical front end from scratch. An external or internal module delivers SpO2 and pulse rate as a data stream over a defined interface.
Why Buyers Choose This Range
Internal and external form factors
M100 mini internal, M110 small external, M120 normal external and M180 for combined O2 and SpO2 measurement.
Published measurement ranges
SpO2 0 to 100% and pulse rate 30 to 250 bpm, with accuracy figures stated on each module page.
Documented operating environment
Working temperature, humidity, elevation and atmospheric pressure limits are published so you can qualify the module against your own enclosure.
Sensor supply from the same manufacturer
The probe that plugs into your finished device comes from the same catalogue as the module inside it.
Where These Are Used
- Telehealth and remote monitoring terminals
- Sleep and respiratory recorders
- Portable and handheld monitors
- Oxygen delivery equipment needing O2 and SpO2 together
Every Item in This Category Passes Three Inspection Stages
IQC on incoming connectors, wires, cables and terminals; IPQC across cutting, stripping, crimping, injection and assembly; OQC on packing, labelling, dimensions and electrical performance.
Related Categories
One Piece SpO2 Sensors
Reusable sensors moulded as a single piece - probe, cable and monitor connector in one part, with no intermediate joint to fail.
Short SpO2 Sensors
Short-cable probes designed to plug into an SpO2 extension adapter rather than straight into the monitor.
Disposable SpO2 Sensors
Single-patient-use adhesive sensors in adult, pediatric, infant and neonate sizes, with foam, nonwoven and transpore backings.
Questions About Modules
What accuracy do the modules deliver
The published figures are pulse rate +/-2 bpm in normal conditions and +/-3 bpm under motion or weak perfusion, and SpO2 +/-2% between 70 and 100% in normal conditions and +/-3% under motion or weak perfusion. Below 70% SpO2 is undefined, as with pulse oximetry generally.
What is the difference between M100 M110 and M120
M100 is a mini internal module, M110 a small external module and M120 a normal size external module. They share the same measurement ranges; choose by mechanical fit and interface.
What does the M180 add
The M180 measures oxygen concentration 0 to 100% and oxygen flow 0 to 10 L/min alongside SpO2 and pulse rate.
Do you provide integration support
Yes. Interface details and integration questions go to our engineering team through WhatsApp or email.
Can modules be supplied under our brand
Yes, module supply falls under our OEM and ODM service.
