Technical Construction
The main beam of this model is made of Q345B high-strength steel, featuring a 500mm high “H” shaped structure. Combined with a thickened design of 14mm top plate, 8mm web plate, and 16mm bottom plate, it ensures excellent bending resistance under a rated load of 40,000kg. Supplemented by 16# channel steel side beams, 10# channel steel crossbeams, and 3mm thick patterned steel plate platforms, a multi-support system is formed, effectively dispersed with the impact force during transportation.
Build and Finish
This model achieves a balance between a self-weight of 8,000kg and a total weight of 48,000kg through lightweight design, maximizing the utilization rate of cargo space within the compliance range. The suspension system adopts a standard mechanical suspension with 10 13mm×90mm leaf springs, paired with 3 13-ton Mingyue brand axles and 12 Linglong 12R22.5 tires, forming a stable load-bearing structure. Combined with a dual-pipeline pneumatic braking system, 40L dual air tanks, and Wabco emergency relay valves, it ensures rapid and reliable braking response.
Operating Detail
In terms of detailed design, the 28-ton two-speed manual outriggers, 24V electrical system, 7-pin standard sockets, and other configurations meet the basic operation requirements. Meanwhile, the SA2.5 grade shot blasting treatment and the application of anti-rust primer + topcoat with a thickness of no less than 80μm enhance the vehicle’s corrosion resistance in complex environments.

Can I remove only the upper fence sections?
Yes, that is the point of the sectioned design. Drop the upper sections for forklift access and keep the lower boards in place for containment.
Where is the kingpin set?
1,045 mm from the front face of the front bolster, bolt-in type, 2 inch.
Is this the same as your drop side model?
No. The dropside runs 800 mm panels with the same 12,400 mm length. This model runs a 1,800 mm sectioned fence for higher volume cargo.
