Side wall height is built anywhere from 600 mm to 1,700 mm, so light bulky cargo and dense material each get the right body.
Stake sides bend under heavy loads
16 mm channel steel side beams in Q235B, with Q345 or T700 available where the duty is harder.

How do I choose side wall height?
Work from the material, not the trailer. Coiled wire and posts usually need 1,200 mm or more, while dense aggregate is better at 600 to 800 mm so you reach the weight limit before the top of the sides.
Can the side panels be removed?
Panel arrangement is part of the custom design. Tell us whether you need removable panels for oversized loads and we will confirm it on the drawing.
Which steel should I specify?
Q235B is standard. Q345 or T700 costs more and is worth it where you load abrasive or heavy material daily.
