Six Stages From a Reference Garment to a Packed Carton
These are the stages this factory runs, and the specific failure each one exists to prevent. Sampling takes about one to two weeks a round, and every written comment is checked one by one on the next round.
Brief and reference
A fabric described in words is a fabric nobody has agreed on.
Work starts from a reference garment or a tech pack, so the sample room measures rather than interprets.
Fabric development
Change the fabric late and every decision after it is redone.
The sourcing team presents qualities from mills near the factory, including sustainable options on request.
Sampling
Samples drift when comments are never properly recorded.
One to two weeks a round, with every written comment checked one by one on the next round.
Fit and grading
One good sample size says nothing about the rest of the range.
The technical team corrects fit and outlook and grades to the brand's own size chart.
