The published minimum is 200 pieces per colour on cut and sew and 300 on seamless. The useful part is the sentence the factory adds after it: when more models in the same fabric and colour are added, the minimum can be negotiated. That is not a discount, it is arithmetic - the minimum exists because of the fabric order, so styles that share a fabric share the minimum.

Range planning

Plan the range around two or three fabrics rather than around ten styles, and the per-style minimum falls.
Colour planning
Every extra colour is another fabric order at the minimum.
Launch on fewer colours and more styles, then add colours once you know which ones sell.
Fabric consolidation
Two similar fabrics from two mills cost twice the minimum and look the same on the shelf.

Sampling
