A private label programme is not a discount on an existing garment. It is a set of small decisions about what the customer touches: the neck label, the care label, the hang tag, the aglet, the zip pull, the polybag. Each one is produced to the brand's artwork here, and each one has a lead time that is worth knowing before the order is confirmed.

Artwork
Labels drawn at the end of a project delay the shipment.
Neck label, care label, hang tag and polybag artwork are collected with the order rather than after it.
Trim development
Stock trims are the fastest way to make a branded garment look unbranded.
Aglets, zippers, drawcords and tapes are sourced and developed specifically for the order.
Care labelling
Care and fibre labelling requirements differ by destination market.
Fibre content and care wording are confirmed in writing against the destination market before printing.
Sample approval
A label approved as a file is not a label approved as an object.
Physical trims are approved on the sample garment before bulk.
Packing
Packing decided late is packing redone.
Folding, polybag and carton marking are produced to the brand's own specification as part of the order.
