What is the MOQ of each product?
The minimum order quantity depends on the item, the material and the decoration method, so it is quoted per product. Envelopes, for example, start at 1000 pieces. Send us the product and the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm the exact minimum before you commit.
How do I start a customisation?
Get in touch by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook with a photo, a sketch or a physical sample of what you want. Our design team works from that reference and comes back with a production drawing for your approval.
How does ordering work?
Once you have confirmed the requirements and the quotation, we send a formal invoice for checking. The bulk order goes into the production line after we receive your payment.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the current production line situation, so we confirm a date with you when the order is placed rather than quoting a number that may not hold.
Can I get a sample before the bulk order?
Most of our products can be sampled before bulk. We are happy to send samples once the order details are confirmed, so just ask when you enquire.
How is the order delivered?
If you already have a forwarder in China, send us their details and we will contact them to arrange collection. If you do not, we will help you find one to handle the shipment.
