How It Runs
Choose The Format
Cylindrical from IFR18500 850mAh to IFR42110 10Ah, prismatic from 10Ah to 300Ah. Both are published with dimension, cycle life at 80% DOD and weight.
Size The String
Series sets the voltage at 3.2V per cell, parallel sets the capacity. Four in series is 12.8V, eight is 25.6V, sixteen is 51.2V.
Decide Where We Stop
Bare cells, cells with tabs, multiple cells assembled with protection circuit board, wire and connector, or a complete battery module or unit.
Match The Batch
Cells for one string come from the same batch so the pack balances and stays balanced.
Pack For Transport
Cells and modules are packed to the carton count agreed for your route.
