Lithium polymer batteries are widely used in our life, such as the bluetooth headset, bluetooth speaker, GPS and beauty equipment.
A lipo cell is a soft pouch, so the thickness, width and length are all yours to choose. Our published model list runs from PL401121 at 60mAh up to PL755070 at 3000mAh, and the model number itself is the size: PL502030 is 5.0mm thick, 20mm wide and 30mm long before the protection board is added.
Every cell ships with a protection circuit module and the connector you specify. Cells are 3.7V nominal with a 4.2V charge voltage and around 500 cycles.

How do I read your lipo model numbers?
PL followed by six digits: thickness, width and length in millimetres. PL603048 is 6.0mm by 30mm by 48mm before the protection board, and the dimension with PCB is published in the model list.
Do lipo cells come with a protection board?
Yes, our lipo cells are supplied with PCM, and connectors such as JST are fitted on request.
What is the cycle life?
Around 500 cycles for the lithium polymer range.
