We run our own design and development department, so a model in this catalogue can be modified rather than only resold. This page walks through how a change request becomes a shipped product, and where each stage can go wrong.
Enquiry and Brief
Where it goes wrong: Buyers send a photo or a sketch with no dimensions, and the first sample comes back the wrong size.
How we handle it: We ask for the three numbers that decide feasibility before anything else: overall size, required drop and target wattage. Send them over WhatsApp with the reference image.
Design and Development
Where it goes wrong: An external designer produces something the factory then cannot build at the target price.
How we handle it: Our design and development department sits in the same building as production, so geometry, extrusion and spraying are checked against each other before a drawing is issued.
Material Selection
Where it goes wrong: Substituting a cheaper diffuser or an unbranded driver changes the product after approval.
How we handle it: Material is fixed at the drawing stage: aluminium body, iron structure, and the diffuser specified as silicone, PC or acrylic. Driver brand is written on the specification, not left open.
Sampling
Where it goes wrong: Samples are approved from photographs and the finish turns out different in the room.
How we handle it: We ship a physical sample in the actual finish. Painted gold and rose gold in particular cannot be judged from a screen.
Production
Where it goes wrong: The bulk run does not match the approved sample because it was sprayed weeks later in a different batch.
How we handle it: Bulk is sprayed in one batch wherever the order allows, and we ask buyers to include their top-up quantity in the same run.
Quality Control
Where it goes wrong: Faults are found by the customer rather than in the factory.
How we handle it: We control every link from raw material selection through processing and testing to packaging.
Packaging
Where it goes wrong: The fixture is right and the carton fails, so rings arrive bent.
How we handle it: Every product is packed singly and our packing is verified by drop test before a run ships.
Logistics and After Sales
Where it goes wrong: Lead time is quoted without saying what it covers.
How we handle it: Production time is 20 days or less. Transit is quoted separately and depends on the shipping mode you choose.

Can you change the size of an existing model?
Often yes. Send the overall size, the drop and the target wattage and we confirm what the existing tooling and extrusion allow.
Do you do finishes outside your standard range?
Yes, colours are sprayed to order. Send a colour reference rather than a photograph.
Will you supply a physical sample before bulk?
Yes, and for painted gold or rose gold we recommend it, because screens do not show those finishes accurately.
Who owns a design we develop together?
That is agreed in writing per project before development starts. Raise it in your first message so it is settled early.
