Project orders fail on coordination more often than on product. This is how we run a project order, from the fixture schedule through to a container that can be unpacked floor by floor.
Fixture Schedule
Where it goes wrong: Schedules arrive as a list of photographs with no drop lengths or colour temperatures.
How we handle it: We turn the schedule into line items that each carry a model code, a finish, a colour temperature, a drop and a quantity, and we send it back for sign off.
Ceiling Survey
Where it goes wrong: Drops are ordered from the design drawing and the built ceiling is 200 mm lower.
How we handle it: We ask for measured ceiling heights before drops are cut. Where the survey is not ready, we supply the full 1500 mm cable to be cut on site.
Sample Approval
Where it goes wrong: The project signs off on renders and rejects the delivered finish.
How we handle it: A sample of each finish goes out before bulk. For hotels we recommend a full sample room set.
Production Planning
Where it goes wrong: Half the order is made in one batch and the rest six weeks later.
How we handle it: We plan the whole project quantity into one production window wherever the schedule allows, so the finish is consistent.
Quality Control
Where it goes wrong: Defects are discovered on site when the ceiling contractor is already on the floor.
How we handle it: Quality control runs through raw material selection, processing, testing and packaging, so faults are caught before the carton is closed.
Packaging and Marking
Where it goes wrong: Cartons arrive unmarked and the site opens forty boxes to find one fixture.
How we handle it: Cartons are marked per line item so the site can unpack by room type or by floor. Each piece is packed singly.
Shipping
Where it goes wrong: Transit damage on large rings and long linears.
How we handle it: Packing is checked by drop test before a run ships. Shipping mode is your choice and we quote transit separately from the 20 day production time.
After Delivery
Where it goes wrong: Replacement pieces two years later no longer match.
How we handle it: Keep a small attic stock from the original batch. It is the only reliable way to match a painted finish later.

20 days or less on the models in this catalogue. Transit time depends on the shipping mode.

Yes. A small attic stock from the original spray batch is the reliable way to match replacements later.
