Can honeycomb paper replace cut foam inserts?
For many products yes, because the expanded grid conforms to the shape without tooling. Foam still wins where a rigid moulded seat is required.
How much storage does the material need?
It ships and stores flat on the roll and only expands when it is pulled at the bench, so it takes far less space than pre-formed inserts.
Can we make our own padded mailers?
