    We start from the bottle, not the sprayer. Neck finish, fill volume, chemistry and the dose you want per stroke decide which of the nine ranges applies.

    Selection And Sampling

    Our sales and technical staff select the item and send samples for evaluation, so the dispenser is tested on your own bottle and your own formula before anything is ordered.

    Tooling Where Needed

    Mould design and steel manufacturing are in house, so a closure variant or a colour-specific component is a tooling decision we control rather than a supplier request.

    Moulding And Assembly

    Components are moulded on automatic machines and assembled automatically. Inspection sits inside the line, under the ISO9001 system.

    Packing To Your Format

    Carton quantity, carton size and gross weight are published for every item, so you can model pallet and container fill at quotation stage.

    Consolidation And Shipping

    Spray packing and aluminium foil can be consolidated into one container. The factory sits close to Ningbo and Shanghai sea ports.
