How It Works

    Fix The Material

    Alloy 8011, soft temper, silver with one bright and one matte side. Gauge from 9 to 30 micron decides whether the roll is a standard household or a heavy duty catering product.

    Fix The Roll Format

    Width from 200 to 600 mm and length from 3 to 300 m. Metric and square foot formats are both produced, which matters for North American programmes.

    Choose The Core

    Core weight light or heavy, colour brown or white, diameter to your specification or our recommendation.

  4. 4

    Choose The Cutter

    Steel cutter, plastic saw blade or paper saw blade. This is the part end users complain about most, so decide it deliberately.

    Choose The Pack

    Colour box with or without blade, printed PP bag, or shrink pack. Box design follows your artwork.

  6. 6

    Model The Container

    Every roll size has a published rolls-per-carton, carton size, cube and 40HQ loading quantity, so freight per roll can be calculated before the order.
